We’re looking for an experienced Branch Head to lead our Bengaluru operations. This role requires someone with expertise in team management, client relationships, new business development, media strategy, and crisis management. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction to clients while nurturing long-term relationships and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Oversee Bengaluru office operations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Client Management: Build and maintain trusted client relationships, offering strategic guidance and high-quality service.
• New Business Development: Drive new business opportunities and manage proposals and pitches.
• Strategic Direction: Provide clients with strategic insights to tackle challenges and opportunities.
• Media Expertise: Advise clients on media strategy and ensure effective campaign execution.
• Crisis Management: Lead the team in managing crisis situations and delivering timely solutions.
• Relationship Building: Act as a key point of contact, fostering long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
• 12-15 years of experience in account management, with strong media expertise.
• Proven leadership experience with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent client management and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital media.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
